Ticket Conditions
Tickets include:
- The complete program with more than 30 workshops, 3 parties, and additional community events
- 4 Nights according to your chosen option (Wednesday to Sunday)
- 14 Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner during the camp + midnightsnacks Friday and Saturday)
- Coffee, Tea, Tab water 24/7
Not included:
- Travel costs from and to the location
- Bed linen and towel
- Beverages and drinks at the bar
We offer a shuttle service from the location (Warthe) to the next train station (Templin Stadt) on Sunday afternoon, and from the train station (Templin Stadt) to the location (Warthe) on Wednesday evening, for additional 10€ per person per way. For your arrival during the day, we ask you to consider the public bus schedule.
We kindly ask you to please bring your own bed linen and towel, as we cannot handle the huge washload after the camp! In emergencies, we can lend both for an additional 20€.
Tickets are personalized and not transferrable to another person. You will need identification upon arrival at the camp.
Cancellations are possible until July 31th, 2026, for an organisational fee of 30€.

Volunteering at the Cuban Salsacamp 2026
Please only use this option if you already contacted us about volunteering and we told you to register as a volunteer!
As a volunteer, you have the possibility to participate in the whole camp for a very small contribution (or no contribution as member of the Kunstverein). You sleep in a 6-8-bed dorm or your own tent/camper and you get all meals as well as drinks for free during the camp. In return, you help us mostly in the kitchen during ca. 5 shifts à 2-4 hours (approx. 15 hours in total). You are expected to be at the camp from Wednesday morning to Sunday and we welcome you to arrive on Tuesday and stay until Monday to get to know everything and help us with setup and clean up.

Waitlist
If you register for the waitlist, we will contact you in case a spot for the Cuban Salsacamp opens up. Please be aware that this is unlikely and may happen very shortly before the camp, as most cancellations happen spontaneously due to illness etc. We highly recommend you register for a ticket with one of the available options!
Unfortunately, we cannot manage changes in the registrations as this is an enormous organisational effort. Therefore, if you register for an available ticket option, you cannot be on the waitlist.
